The sure sign of dwindling faith|| 15 Seconds Wisdom

The believer that has stopped listening and obeying the WORD of GOD is the one ready to fall under the unfaithfulness. It’s not mere coincidence when James 2:17 writes, “Faith is dead without works.” Faith is not just some feelings and work is not only about being active physically. Probably some think earning out of manual task is the work according to faith, but that is not what Bible is saying. How one can say s/he believes GOD when they don’t even listen to suggestions, instruction and corrections of GOD to lead life. The unfaithful people live their life with their own plan, works and commands without paying attention to what the Spirit of GOD is saying. “Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says” says Revelations 2:29. The works having no faith on GOD’s word are dead works consequently prepared to perish.

  1. “How one can say s/he believes GOD when they don’t even listen to suggestions, instruction and corrections of GOD to lead life. The unfaithful people live their life with their own plan, works and commands without paying attention to what the Spirit of GOD is saying.”
Perhaps there is something going on – like the Holy Spirit whispering to their hearts: “This theology is not right, I’m a God of love – not power. Someone has twisted my words – do not believe this teaching and do not act on it.” In which case, obeying God is disobeying the suggestions, instruction or correction of God’s mistaken people.
Some people – when they read the Bible – think that they can use God’s words to rebuke and correct others because that’s what it’s there for – but they forget that love bears all things, keeps no record of wrongs, and is really forgiving.

    1. Dear friend…do remember Love is incomplete without justice….Love is much more than what self claimed apostle Paul has written in his letters…there has to be justice to complete love…and there can be no peace without justice as well…and love indeed produces peace…but to maintain peace among us..there has to justice…just grace is not enough..GOD is also GOD of Justice…so if GOD is telling you to maintain Justice and Peace…you ought to do it..for example Moses tried to stop the fight among two Israelites,,but they did not love his Justice and Peace and did not understand MOSES was doing it out of LOVE process but started spreading the bad report about Moses ..due to which Moses had to run away to desert for 40 more years unless GOD himself was his POWER and AUTHORITY with PRESENCE to maintain peace and justice by explaining words and empowering the elders…Like Jethro advice Moses to delegate the responsibilities to maintain Justice and Peace..So you see there can be no Love without peace and justice in practical sense…JESUS is not here to show only LOVE and GRACE but also Faithfulness, PEACE and JUSTICE…we should be reminded of incident when Jesus saves adulterous woman..he not only loved, but Justified, made peace, pointed sinful witnesses and suggested woman not to sin again…isn’t this wonderful…So brother in Christ,,,i say to you there is no LOVE without JUSTICE…and there are various ways in which JUSTICE is practiced…GOD wants JUSTICE to be practiced in sincerity, grace, faithfulness, righteousness and peace…because he not only desires sacrifice but also mercy…both sacrifice and mercy is necessary aspect of LOVE…Jesus did a great JUSTICE by being sacrifice and that sacrifice proved the LOVE…may your justice be sacrificial to prove love brother…and keep on listening to instruction, suggestion and correction from the HOLY SPIRIT and GOD’s word..i know GOD speaks and is telling you something right even if people have missed that out
